Before we get into it
Two visits. No guesswork. No pressure.
Your first visit is all about understanding you — your history, your goals, and what's really going on. Your second visit is where we explain what we found and begin your care, together.
Day 1
Initial Consultation
About 1 hour
A little paperwork, done ahead of time
We'll send you simple paperwork to fill out online before you arrive. It takes about 15–20 minutes and means we can spend your whole appointment focused on you — not a clipboard.
A quick tour of our office
Before anything else, we'll show you around, introduce you to our team, and walk you through the tools we use — so nothing feels unfamiliar once your visit begins.
A real conversation about you
We'll talk through your health history — from childhood to today — along with your current concerns and what you're hoping to get out of care. This is where we start listening, not just checking boxes.
A thorough, hands-on exam
Using the Gonstead approach, we'll carefully assess your spine and nervous system to understand exactly what's going on and how it may be connected to what you're feeling.
X-rays, if needed
X-rays will help us build a more precise plan for you, we'll refer you to Envision Imaging (4640 Long Prairie Rd., Suite #310, Flower Mound, TX 75028) — just a short drive away. X-rays help us see exactly where to focus, instead of guessing.
Pregnant patients and children under 5 do not receive X-rays.
Good to Know
- We'll schedule your Day 2 visit before you leave, to go over your results and next steps together.
- There's no pressure to decide anything on Day 1 — this visit is about understanding, not committing.
Day 2
Report of Findings & First Adjustment

We walk you through everything we found
Your doctor will review your exam and, if applicable, your X-rays with you in plain language — no jargon, no rushing. We welcome family members to join, so everyone understands how care may help the whole household.
Your first adjustment, and a plan built for you
You'll receive your first X-ray-guided adjustment — precise and specific to what we found, not a generic routine. We'll also walk you through your personalized care plan, so you know exactly what to expect going forward and why it matters.
